It is important you wear comfortable, loose fitted clothing to your appointment as you remain fully clothed through the procedures. No belts, jeans, tight bras or jumpers.
Please note: After each consultation you are advised to drink plenty of water, to not take saunas/extremely hot showers or spas for 24 hours and to not exert yourself for 24 hours after each session. No other body work is suggested for 3 days following your Bowen session. This allows the body time to repair to its full ability.
